The Capitol Riverfront free daily outdoor fitness classes start tomorrow (Tuesday May 30)! 

Weekly Schedule:

  • Mondays at 7:00 pm: Boot Camp with Balance Gym (Canal Park)
  • Tuesdays at 6:30 am: Yoga with Balance Gym (Canal Park)
  • Tuesdays at  7:00 pm: Conditioning with Tim Williams (Yards Park)
  • Wednesdays at 6:30 am: Resistance Training with Sharita Jennings (Yards Park)
  • Wednesdays at 7:00 pm: Zumba with Balance Gym (Yards Park)
  • Thursdays at 6:30 am: Boot Camp with Balance Gym (Yards Park)
  • Fridays at 6:30 am: Boot Camp with Balance Gym (Canal Park)
  • Saturdays at 8:00 am: Yoga with VIDA Fitness (Yards Park)
  • Saturdays at 9:00 am: Jazzercise with Olivia Logan (Yards Park)
  • Sundays at 9:00 am: Specialty class with rotating providers (Canal Park)
