Monday 6/26:

  • 6pm: The Sweet Spot & Street Light free performance at the Kennedy Center
    • Join Sweet Spot Aerial Productions and Street Light Circus on a tour de force of Washington’s top circus talent! This cabaret of modern circus arts will dazzle and amaze all ages, and the show will conclude with the opportunity for audience members to engage with the talent through a moderated Q&A

  • 7:05pm: Washington Nationals vs. Chicago Cubs at Nats Park

  • 8pm: U.S. Navy Band Concert at the Capitol
    • The Concert Band performs regularly on Monday evenings on the west steps of the U. S. Capitol.  Sitting on the steps, audience members have the opportunity to look out at the band and have a clear view of the National Mall and the Washington Monument.

Tuesday 6/20:

  • 6pm: Toned Up Tuesdays – Free FlyBarre class at The Park at CityCenter
    • This total-body sculpting class blends light weight training with core strengthening exercises to create the ultimate toning experience. FlyBarre is a fun, high-energy workout that quickly tones and strengthens muscles, concentrating on arms, core, thighs, and glutes. RSVP here!

  • 6pm: Homegrown: BeauSoleil Quartet free performance at the Kennedy Center
    • For four decades, the BeauSoleil Quartet have taken traditional ingredients—waltzes, two-steps, soulful Cajun French lyrics, hot fiddle licks, and irresistible accordion—and spiced them up with eclectic percussion, acoustic guitar in both finger- picked and flat-picked styles, and an open and creative attitude toward the music. The BeauSoleil Quartet’s particular flavor of Cajun music reflects the vision of bandleader Michael Doucet, a lifelong student of Cajun culture.

  • 7:05pm: Washington Nationals vs. Chicago Cubs at Nats Park

  • 8pm: Free outdoor movie at Freedom Plaza: Big Trouble in Little China
    • Every Tuesday in June at sunset, Freedom Plaza (13th & Pennsylvania) will be transformed into an outdoor movie theater!
